Jonny Evans missed Northern Ireland’s game against Germany due to illness. James Maddison also picked up a slight knock with England. If they are fit then the team picks itself

Schmeichel

Ricardo
Evans
Soyuncu
Chilwell

Ndidi
Tielemans

Perez
Maddison
Barnes

Vardy

Subs- Ward, Morgan, Justin, Praet, Choudhury, Albrighton, Gray

Update from the press conference that Maddison is fine. Didn't see anything regarding Evans, so hopefully he's fine too.

Same team again then please.

Evans recovers after hospitalisation
City centre-back Jonny Evans was hospitalised with stomach problems over the international break, but is set to be fit to face Brighton on Saturday.

The Northern Ireland defender missed his country’s game against Germany with what Rodgers described as “severe pain”, but he has thankfully recovered.

Peno (Vardy) - saved - in off Maddison! Foxes 2-0.. err.. VAR.. disallowed.. but another penalty given?..
2nd Peno (Vardy)! Foxes 2-0 :afro::afro:

As we are second I can get picky. Should have been at least 4 or 5. Thought Perez was very poor and should have had at least 2 before he scored. Tielemans a very quiet game. The back 4 were superb and shielded Schmeichel so well. gray another immediate impact. All in all another comfortable win and on we go.

Brendan has said Jonny Evans isnt injured. After not training all week and spending some time in hospital his cramped up hence why he was subbed of for Big Wes

When your defence don’t look like conceding a goal and your striker is the best in the league, good things will happen.

What a run, barely allowing a sniff against us and look like we can score at any time. Even when not at our best we are finding the breakthrough.
Chilwell’s set piece delivery has really come in recently as well. Vardy currently on a run of 5 straight with Everton, Watford, Villa and Norwich to come. Could he start to challenge his own record?
