Tielemans has been playing well but I will be interested to see how he fares when our opposition gives him the same attention that Maddison gets - we will be facing Arsenal, Man City and Chelsea in our last 3 fixtures and that will be the acid test.

Tielemans was miles too clever today for Bournemouth. They didnt get close to him all game. He is extremely intelligent with his positioning on and off the ball. His passing is unbelievably good. Even the simple passes he puts some much pace on the ball getting us up the pitch quickly

I would have loved to have seen Tielemans and Mahrez together.

And because Tielemans is creative we no longer need Ndidi to try and do things he cant. And all of a sudden Ndidi is looking like the player we expect from him again.

Exactly - was really poor tactics by Bournmouth to give him that much space.

I am just curious how he will fare against teams that won't give him that much - along with our last 3 games, West Ham have been playing a high pressing game, although not very well recently, but will still be interesting to see if they target him.

Wasnt their tactics. Good players manage to find space. He positioning and intelligence found himself the space. A little drop of the shoulder and he was away from his man on numerous occasions

Bournemouth was poor but Tielemans today was simply too good for them

Much better. Problem was with him and Mendy neither are passers or creative. Ndidi didnt have much choice other then to try and be creative and as a result struggled. Now he can sit back and just do his defensive work.

Every time Josh King broke with the ball Ndidi went and won it straight back. After a while King stopped running with it because he knew Ndidi had to power and pace to stop him

I worry that Tielemans looks like the missing piece of the Tottenham jigsaw....

Spuds won't spend that much money!

Agree with all of the above comments re today. We look like we have our mojo back. My apathy at watching us has completely gone.

Tottenham will only show serious interest if Eriksen leaves

I don’t think anyone deserved as low as 5/6 tbh, it was a really rounded team performance and surely minimum 7’s all round....

I just think they were part of a good attacking performance and deserve more. Garth Crooks has Kasper in his totw and he only did one thing pretty much!
