Talk about a refereeing decision costing dear. That's probably cost us the playoffs.

What the bloody hell was Nugent playing at!!!!!

Even though it was outside the box, Nugent shouldn't have been doing that. :steam:

    I'm just gutted really.

    Again.

6 out of 12 games we've conceded in the last 5 minutes, wonder how many points that's cost us...

More importantly, how many points have we lost from teams in the bottom half? It's ridiculous, any bunch of donkeys know they've got a chance at our place.

Lee Clarks interview was one of the most ridiculous things I've ever heard.

    What game was he watching?

Something about Birmingham being the better team, having the better chances, and they were disappointed not to win the game, let alone draw it.

    Ridiculous!

Sorry guys, I do try and stick to my own board but the noise of laughter over there is presently making my ears hurt - And my eyes water....

Decided to come to a quieter place for a bit. The deathly silence from AKCJ is quite refreshing you know.

Be careful what you wish for boys.

Don't worry, we'll lose the next few games too, officially be out of the playoff race, then we can put the kids out for a ****about against Watford <ok>

... the problem is that Nuge thinks he's really good - our 'main man' so rather than just knock it over their back four so that Schlupp could again scare the **** out of them like he'd been doing all evening with his pace and purpose (and probably make them concede a throw and therefore the game) he had to try and beat his man ... totally unprofessional ... if Nigel gets the push before the next game (which is still a distinct possibility - Sheffield United ditched Danny Wilson this week and won today - because their play-off hopes were faltering) he can put his continued blinkered persevering with Nugent and Konchesky as contributing factors for me ... we now have to win at least 3 from 4 having only won 1 in 13 ... tough ask.

Not sure about you Fosse but one thing I've noticed lately is that all our 'flair' players seem to have to defend first, attack/go forward second - anyone who doesnt conform is sent out on loan/removed from the first team.

Seeing our strikers defending scares the **** out of me and I'd rather keep them up the pitch, the midfield should be protecting the back 4 but I suppose thats the problem having a powder puff midfield, wonder if the new manager will recognise this?<devil>

Think you have a point Rightside - the 'fear factor' has definitely crept in and the side looks panicky whenever we are defending - at least last night Schlupp looked as likely to score as Michael Kean! ... for me when we had gone 2-1 up Brum were forced to come at us - that was the time to take the completely ineffective and out of form Nugent off (his first half effort when he couldn't even hit the target with our best chance) and bring Knocky or Marshall on with instructions to do what Dyer had started doing down the left - that might have got us another goal ... and that's what we need right now - breathing space ... I was so ****ing angry last night that I didn't log on because I was worried about what I might write - I've calmed down a bit now but even so am still fuming .. the complete self-inflicted **** up at the end was so amateur it hurts ...

Whatever happens manager wise (and I'm undecided whether NP stays or goes - tactically nieve) we need a massive clear out, says it all for our 6 'strikers' when Harry Kane comes on.

Still I'll be there next season - living in hope that it will be our season.......................................

That's unfair to bollocks tarnishing them the same as Harry 'don't mess my hair up' Kane but then again it shows how **** the rest of our strikers are that he's here.

Mass clear out required end of the season methinks.
