No doubt about it it was a very good point for us. v a `top 6 team` it´s always going to be good to get some thing from the game. Really thought we gave the ball away alot & for a home team didn´t have alot of possesion but we stood up to alot of attacking football & defended really well.
If we can carry on playing like this (but have abit more of the ball) & scrap we´ll stay up this season & even maybe start to become a decent prem team in seasons to come... so long we have KING POWER it won´t be to hard.

Funny how we see the game ... don't disagree with any of what you say but I'd actually give 3 other mentions that would have been headlines if I was writing ... first Konchesky ... has been a revelation ... I've been one of his biggest critics in the past and was really worried that he might get embarrassed, but he has been superb ... second Jeff Schlupp ... just about the first thing of note he did today was to sky an attempted cross ... given that woeful shot against Everton he could have been forgiven if he had therefore chosen to hide ... but his next contribution was that incredible burst of pace that took him to the by-line and that peach of a cross for Leo ... outstanding ... lastly Mahrez ... wow ... he is setting the Prem alight ... loved the cameo in the second half when re robbed Alexis Sanchez then did him twice before running away from him ... a real emerging talent who must already have increased his acquisition price tenfold ... can't wait for his next appearance ...

Hope the first win comes sooner rather than later as it will lift the players confidence even further
Nice little break now to take stick and get a fully fut squad and then to Stoke

Well played Foxes <ok> Hard to argue that we deserved any more than a draw out of that.

That's what I thought as the games approached it's conclusion - but I had a big smile on my face when the final whistle went. Not so much because of the point, but because we competed for 90 minutes against one of the world's best sides - it's been a long time since we've been able to do that!

Still sharing your concerns about De Laet though Proud - I wonder if Simpson will come in soon rather than later. Trouble is, De Laet is great at getting forward, but was often ripped apart as a fourth defender. Apart from that, can't really criticise anyone, and it's great to see youngsters Schlupp and Moore cutting it in the top flight. Vardy showed a bit of what we saw last season, just looked a tad rusty. Can't wait until he's back to his best.

Agree with most of the comments on here.

Very happy with a point, obviously posession stats weren't in our favour, but come on, we are playing Arsenal...

It's not so much getting that point, it's about the performance. And that was a fantastic one. I'm glad we haven't just tried to shut-up-shop these first 3 games, and have actually gone out with intent. Our performances so far give me hope for the future, next game away to Stoke is massive. I was confident of picking up our first win, but it doesn't help that they are now off the back of a 1-0 win away at Man City <yikes>

Final thing, that Fosse mentioned... Just how good is Mahrez!? He's been fantastic, even showed Alexis Sanchez up at one point!

    Looking good though <cheers>

Mahrez, King, Ulloa, Konchesky, Moore and Morgan look like they have been playing in the prem their whole careers.

Jamie Redknapp was full of praise for Ulloa, layed in De Laet abit for the goal and said he is looking forward to seeing Matty James play because he rates him very highly

Bar the goal, which arguably was a little unpredictable anyway, De Laet put in a quality performance, can't see him being replaced by Simpson yet.
