Williams is also partially responsible for getting us where we are . He's deflected any interest in him leaving to any other club . To sit a healthy Williams is crazy anytime but to sit him while the other regular CB is out would be just plain stupid .

No disagreement from me Breezy, but it's a known fact that having no competition for places is a bad thing. Even the players tell us this. You can't escape the fact that his two howlers in two games have cost us dearly. Getting a start because of past endeavours and the fact there's no competition for his place just isn't right. Bad for us, bad for him.

I rate Williams highly but nobody can surely deny he is well out of form right now. Let's hope he sorts himself out and has a blinder on Saturday.

I could not care two hoots if Williams was brilliant last season, He has been poor this season and that's the reality of today and if it carry's on then im afraid he should be dropped...acting captain or not, we cant carry passengers in this league or we will blow it........Williams now says he has a bad ankle and is out, I hope he never played for wales and us knowing he had a bad ankle as that is unprofessional and a bad attitude....

Williams (Ankle) very doubtful for Sat; Augustien - out (Calf); Situ/Obeng - neither up to speed in my humble opinion.

This leaves us in a desperate situation defensively so, my nervous pick if Williams out
    is:

    ------------Vorm

    Rangel -- Tate -- Davies

    ------- Ki -- Britton

    Dyer -- Routledge -- Hernandez (Routledge/Hernadez inter-changable)

    ----Michu (Out - in)

    ----------------Graham (In - out)

Tactics - Attack, Attack, Attack, Pray

We will be slaughtered being so exposed at the back with just a make shift defense against a team like everton...we will have to put someone to make up to 4 defenders somehow......got a bad feeling about this game now...

It doesn't look good!!!!! Williams, Danny Graham, Jonathan de Guzman, Leon Britton, Chico, Neil Taylor, Kyle Bartley and Kemy Agustien look doubtful, out or suspended for what ever reason for sat, my new lineup is

    ..................VORM.......................
    TIENDlALI..RANGEL...TATE....DAVIES
    ...................KI...........................
    ..DYER.........................PABLO.H...
    ..................MICHU......................
    .....SHECHTER.........MOORE...........

At the moment i am praying that we have better defensive choices tho

Who knows , maybe Tiendialli might end up as a makeshift CB . Would probably play Routledge in the middle rather than the extra forward but it would be an opportunity for Shechter to get a bit of time in during an experimental time due to injury . Can't wait to see how Laudrup deals with the next few games , thank god for our early points because points might get a bit testy the next bit .

I dont know if Id have Routlage in the middle he doesn't distribute the ball like De Guz, Britton or KI he likes to attack more so if he was to play he would either swap for Pablo or Michu. Another option could be: And with this we hope that Dyer and Pablo H puts one hell of a shift in

    ..................VORM.......................
    TIENDlALI..RANGEL...TATE....DAVIES
    ................RICHARDS...................
    ..DYER...........KI............PABLO.H..
    ....................MICHU....................
    ........SHECHTER...........................

Our biggest problem is CB if Ash is out!

Not sure how I could have forgotten De Guzman , of course your right . Can't see Laudrup going two forwards though .

I expect Jazz to play a part somewhere tomorrow at the back. He's a very capable player.

I've totally given up on Jazz given any chance to play .... anywhere on the pitch . Not really sure why , but I've accepted the fact .

I like him too Breezy. Hopefully he'll get his chance at some stage.

I think Jazz was originally a midfielder so I would put him as a CDM to assist the fullbacks. KI can also play in that position but I would rather him in CM and use him to distribute the ball around because what I have seen he is awesome at it. Dyer and Pablo sit a little deeper & assist Michu and SHECHTER. counter attacking will be our best chance for us tomorrow with the quality we have upfront I see us causing problems for the Everton's defence just as much as they will to ours. I will expect Everton to come out all guns blazing from the off tomorrow!
