Donald Love actually might turn out to be a good player, like the look of him. Got forward, got stuck in, good pace just needs the right training really. Brad Smith I think he is called at Liverpool also looks like he might turn out to be a good player as well. Future England full backs??... Maybe.

    Moyes after 26 PL games in the 2013/14 season = 42 pts. Van Gaal (2 yrs & £285m later) 26 PL games 2015/16 season = 41 pts.

The thing is, Van Gaal is actually doing more damage to this United side than Moyes did 2 years ago. Back then, we had a spent force as a squad and so there was need for fresh blood and many of the players at the time were on their way out. With Van Gaal we have a very good squad, and new players (the potential future of this club) like Schneiderlin, Herrera, Mata, Darmian, Blind, Martial are being ruined - technically, tactically and in terms of self-belief and confidence, by this idiot in charge.

tbf if it's any consolation to you utd fans, klopp has a similar record to hodgson's first 29 games in charge....

just shows no manager can work and produce results with bog standard players

pep, jose, carlo, luis enrique all require at least 7-8 world class players in a league where there are only 2-3 teams challenging to win trophies.

what did luis enrique do at celta? before making his name at barca working with neymar suarez and messi..?

    Shocking...

They need to get rid now. Bring mourinho in. At least by the summer he will know what we need having had a few months working with the players.

I can't help but feel if he doesn't walk, the club won't sack him. Especially if they're planning to replace him in the summer.

He won't walk. The pay off for being sacked is too much to give up.

Why wouldn't they sack him.. If mourinho is a done deal why not now. Unless there is a performance related clause in his contract so by sacking him now it wouldn't be enforced.

They've bottled it already. The moment was during the Xmas period when we had that **** run of games and lost to Norwich.
