Theres a difference between a left back and your CM.
I couldnt give a **** who plays but when he plays we dont win enough games. Simple as that.
Our great run in October stopped when Meyler got injured and Hud came in against Derby. They ran rings round our midfield. Jakes game goes to **** as he's too busy covering Tommy.

Bruce doesn't make changes when we win. Meyler came back in cos we were losing and we lost again so he changed it up again. If we'd had a perfect record with Meyler or anyone else in the team they'd still be there. Whatever the winning formula is we can't find it at the moment so lots of players are getting chances who weren't before, it obviously isn't as easy as just dropping Huddlestone though.

Harry Tymnon won't start, mainly because he doesn't exist.

We'll stick with Robert Anderson. :emoticon-0112-wonde

    I'd go with something like...

    McGregor
    Odubajo Maguire Bruce Robertson
    Snodgrass Livermore Huddlestone Aluko
    Diomande Hernandez

Equally happy with Davies for Bruce, Meyler in the middle, or Maloney on the left, but Bruce will probably stick Diame in again.

We're at home against a team with nothing to play for, both strikers scored in the last game, but I still have no confidence that they'll start this one.

Hudd is great with the ball.but without it he is laboured.livermore has too much to do and starts giving the ball away while out of position. Derby take advantage of this to pass around us.i like huddlestone and I'm not sure what the answer is.

we have six games left to the end of the season and then the play offs begin, the most solid and successful we have been was combining Jake and Meyler together in the middle of the pitch, you could see the understanding, they would hunt down the opposing teams players and eventually allow us to play. For me in these last six games we need to get back to that, partner Meyler and Jake in the middle again, dependent on how the game is going Thudd and Aluko (and possibly Diame) can then be introduced later in the game to open up these teams who would be tiring. In this Division you have to earn the right to play, no passengers, this is what we were doing earlier this season on our run, this is what we were successful at doing. We have talent in the likes of Thudd and Diame, but do they do enough during a game to allow us to play ? Given our current run we need players on the pitch who have that `die for the shirt` mentality, Meyler for his faults always gives 100%, he does the dirty bit, and Jake seems to respond to this by lifting his own game. We are destined for a play off semi against Derby, we have to find the formula for success, for me we need to get back to the basics of what brought us that.

3 at the back is hopefully dead and buried after last week. Assuming Dawson is fit I'd go with:

    McGregor
    Odjubado Davies Dawson Robertson
    Snodgrass Meyler Livermore Clucas
    Hernandez Diomande

If Dawson is not fit, then Bruce in instead.

We should never have started trying 4-4-2 at the start of the season. Most of the players were accustomed to playing 3-5-2 or 5-3-2, we'd also got quite good at playing that formation.

We were dog ****e playing 5-4-1. It was one of the key points Steve Harper picked out as to why we struggled so much.

didn't McGregor, Robertson and probably others play in all the games too, why is it not all their fault?

Did you see the Bristol City game? Hudd was hardly laboured without the ball and put some great tackles in. He was also most people's MOM for us against Huddersfield and has been one of our best players in recent weeks.

You'd have thought so, but such etiquette seems sadly lacking nowadays.
