I've got no issue with this thread being up. It's not every day our next match is at Wembley!
This is the biggest match since 2003, let's break the rules and start a match thread now. All we're going to be talking about is the final now, may as well have it in one place.
As far as I recall, only two of those players were in the promotion winning squad two seasons later. Could be wrong if one of the older fraternity knows better!!

Hard to change anybody in the line up of today tbh. Clasie for JWP wouldn't be a bad shout, just to sure up defensively a little, but even so I think I'd go with today's 11.
Boufal and long would be real assets off the bench. Boufal can create something from nothing and get the fans and team going again if things aren't looking good. Long's pace is obviously good late in a game.

It's got to be JWP for me, he is becoming an integral part of our midfield this season.
Agree. JWP is coming into his own, less bite than classie but far more vision.
Last few games he is actually looking up and passing forwards a lot more. I was hopeful he just needed time and support, after quite a bit of negativity about him. He still needs to work on his finishing though
