LJ has been bad luck so far. 2 friendlies and 2 defeats. if it stays like this it will be his third defeat. Also think come beginning of the season we will have more players sat in the stand injured than players on the pitch
We'll be alright as it stands wiz, mid table again but we can forget about much more than that. A Caulker or two and we'll be looking a whole lot different.
On the bright side it looks nothing like our first team - City: Gerken (Carey 30); Edwards (Fawke 15) (Reid 60), Hunt, Wilson, Ball; Bolasie (Lennox 76), Johnson, Cisse, Woolford; Clarkson, Taylor.
Had to laugh at this bit - City fell behind after 58 minutes thanks to a goal from fans favourite Murray. The former City winger rounded Carey to slot easily into the empty net much to the delight of both sets of fans.
Just back from the game. We were dire. Millen reckons we're starting to play his style - daft little sideways ball that got us nowhere, then hoof it. Whoever thinks Hunt did well tonight wasn't at the game and remember we're playing a Conference side. Each time the ball was crossed in we didn't have a clue and straight balls through the centre cut our defence in half. We were awful. My first look at Ryan Taylor - looks a better CH than front runner ! Ok it was another friendly but hell we just went through the motions.
