I think Faurlin needs a rest. He was superb 1st half on Sat but was blowing after an hour. BHA must also have a good midfield so a good game in which to rest him.

Back 4 should remain the same. First half v burnley, konchesky was linking up nicely with hoilett, we should develop that and hopefully do the same on the right with the rejuvenated Perch and Phillips. We never seem to find the spaces on the wings where we are running into open space finding good crossing opportunities. Decent crosses to Austin will equal goals.

Amazing that so many would readily drop Ale Faurlin. Have we already forgotten how totally disjointed our play was without him? I agree that his fitness is a problem but he should be good for an hour at least at which point we are either winning or need to switch to a more direct route anyway. Hoilett should play the 90 minutes IMO as he offers more attacking threat than anyone right now. If an attacking sub is needed Phillips should be the man to go as defenders have him sussed after his first few runs.

Not dropping him at all QPAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH. Not sure he is quite up for 3 games in 8 days. rest him here, and he will be good for no1 on team sheet on Saturday

for me. If Ale needs a rest I'd like to see Luongo play instead of him. His speed of mind and legs is what we need. However, expect Jimmy will stick with Green, Henry, Fer and Phillips up front.

I agree with 'AAAAGH, maybe thats why JFH started with Henry alongside Ale to take some pressure off him, knowing there was 2 games close together. Maybe Henry to replace Ale on the hour mark. So ...

Like Oslo, I would also like to see Cheri get a start, or at least a decent outing.

Not sure Koncheskey's old slow legs can stand another 90 mins so quickly and Brighton will target him. But if YSY ain't fit guess we're stuck with it

Hoilett's been getting praise and will probably start but in all these alleged 'good games' he's had how many goals or assists has he created? That's what he's in the team for. Especially if like Sat JFH picks 7 defensive players instead.

Playing at home tomorrow and need win to make up ground. I'll be fuming if he starts 3 defensive players in midfield.

Assuming Sats formation is his approach then Luongo must start to add balance. And because Hoilett has no end product i'd drop him and play Chery.

------------Austin-------------

Fer on when Faurlin tires and JET if Austin can last 90

What formation is that?

Got a feeling we'll win this one. Whatever the formation. Nowt to do with us, it's just time for Brighton to lose.

Will never happen but...

Perch did just about enough on Saturday to suggest he isn't a complete clusterfuck. Will it continue?
