Does anyone know which loan players will be allowed to play in the Cup game? If Lopez has gone back to Huddersfield lets hope Mcalinden can play unless we want to see Marsden come in (I have not seem him play yet). If Wroe cannot play at least we have a good replacement in Summerfield though Mcallister had a good game at Walsall last year. Likewise Parry could come in for Reach. If our wonder goal man Jacobson is not fit will we see Goldson at right back with Woods on the left or is it time for McQuade to play a full game? Lots of interesting selection posers for GT to sort out but, even though Walsall are still going well, at least we wont have Brandy and Griggs tormenting us this time,

I guess there is a rule for a percentage of players are same as last match. Would be good to see McQuade and Marsden get a game. If loanees are cup tied then a striker, cm and winger will have to be those that have to change leaving little room for change elsewhere.

From an article on the club website it looks like Wroe's loan is being extended until January and he can play on Saturday. Wolves have said no to Mcalinden playing and Reach also looks doubtful as Venus is a caretaker manger who will probably want to play safe. GT says he is looking to bring in an experienced striker on loan who could play on Saturday. My views on this revolving door loan policy are already well known and I would suggest we forget about the loanees on Saturday (apart from Wroe who will probably come back permanently) and see if some of our own fringe players are good enough. However, I will be there like many others to cheer on anyone wearing a Town shirt, whoever they belong to.

The comment on an experienced loan player until January might also mean that it leads to a permanent signing too.
