Parkes, Clement, Gillard, Hollins, McLintock, Webb, Thomas, Francis, Mason, Bowles, Givens, Sub Leach
I'd put all my pocket money on us if this were our line-up. I suspect the players will be a bit younger than these, on Sunday, though!
Er... team for Sunday? (I am not going to predict one, because I am going to bed, to sleep, perchance to dream)
I'll guess.... McCarthy Ned, Dunne, Hill, YSY Phillips,Henry, Barton,Fer Austin, Grego-Cox or some such formation. With their pace they will rip us to shreds through the middle......
I'd like to see this: ---------------------------McCarthy--------------------------- Furlong----------Ned--------------Dunne--------------YSY ----------------------Barton------Henry---------------------- ------------------------------Fer-------------------------------- Phillips-------------------Austin----------------Grego-Cox
He's just so out of form mate. I'm willing to bet that he will come good again when he leaves though. (He'd be ideal on the left in my team if he was the player that he was at Blackburn)
Here is the tunnel cam from the Newcastle game - I was quite enjoying it until SWP reared his ugly smiling head at the end coming in as an unused sub.
If Hoilett ever plays for this club again I'll die a little inside. What a ****ing joke he's been for THREE YEARS.
He was crap in the final- a toddler wouldn't have been proud of that cross. He's won us an important penalty. That doesn't excuse such dross from such a well paid and highly regarded player
Many players wouldn't have had the determination to win the ball off a big centre back in the first place. Mat Phillips wouldn't have that's for sure. No Hoilett.......no BZ moment. Of course he's been disappointing but I'm not sure that's all down to him. He's certainly not the only good player that this club has turned to ****e.
