Someone find this guy and shoot him. Rich, you have one last chance...if we don't beat Spurs you are never to go to a match again.
Oh man... but I still enjoy going, if in a slightly sadistic way! Come on Saints!!! EDIT: Just noticed its interesting that in both games against Sunderland and against Bristol City we dominated the game and didn't get the result we deserved xD, you could extend that to Reading as well (draw would have been a fair result iirc). Makes it even more frustrating!
Good to finally have something to smile about after a very disappointing season so far mate. Best of luck against Spurs on Sunday.
Hopefully. Just realised you're away at Old Trafford this weekend. Please do the whole of England a favour and beat United at home again. Three on the spin would be absolutely magic.
That's a little harsh. What's your judgement based on? From what I've heard, he's a highly sort after coach. Admittedly that doesn't mean he'll be a good manager, but he may just rally the troops. Still think we'll gub them though.
Gazzaniga Chambers Fonte Lovren Shaw Cork Schneiderlin Lallana Davis Rodriguez Rickie Front four are much more fluid with Lambert than with Dani. We should be going at them from the start.
I'm basing it on what I saw the other night. He went 4-4-2 and started well. But after we kept them out for the first twenty minutes he didnt know what to do and ended up getting totally out thought by Allardyce and our second string. He may well be a good coach but as you say, management is very different.
Oh ok. So maybe harsh to judge him on the one game then? Despite my loathing of him due to his ability to be the dearth of attractive, honest football, being out thought tactically by Fat Sam isn't necessarily a shocker. Fat Sam can be tactically strong and has out thought many a top manager. I'd reserve judgement on Sherwood until he has managed a team of his own for a decent period of time.
