With a far more important game on Wednesday v Stoke (a game we have to try and win), should we risk having one of our lads who gave so much last night being injured or shagged out. Borini was dead on his feet and one or two others (JOS & Brown especially) are not spring chickens.
No disrespect but Kidderminster are a non league team and we should be able to rest a lot of the semi final lads for this one and still compete easily. We have the likes of Ba, Watmore, Karlsson plus both the new lads who are performing well in the reserves and in Larsson, Altidore and Gardner, 3 players experienced ones who only played a small part in the game if at all. With a Wembley final already in the bag, this game has assumed a far lesser importance to the league game 4 days later v Stoke and then the Scum game 4 days after that. We need our big game players fit for those 2 games. So my team would be this one with the bench full of quality alternatives if required.
Ustari
Celustka, Roberge, Vergini, Dossena
Larsson, Ba, Gardner, Karlsson
Watmore, Altidore
Subs: Mannone, Bardsley, Brown, Borini, Johnson, Catts and Colback
