Log onto the HullCcity store, click on the the person symbol next to the shopping cart symbol. You may need to add your long season card number into the box shown and then press apply if your season card isn't linked to your account. Then the amount of teamcard points hould be shown. I also had another 500 on my account that must have been rom previous promotions.
