Taylor or Bradshaw?

Ford Heath; the middle of nowhere
Some mates and I were having a discussion about which of these two youngsters will become the better player/which of the two is currently better.

I know they play different positions, but it's just a bit of fun.

My personal opinion is that Taylor is perhaps slightly more effective at the moment, but Bradshaw will become the better player. I also think Taylor is lucky that he only has 2 other wingers to contend with, whereas Bradders is 4th choice striker.
 
Neither has done it for a full season yet. Only time will tell who is destined for bigger things(excuse the patronising cliches) Personally I don't think there's anything between them. However it's a mouthwatering prospect of the 2 plus Goldson, Grandison, Male,Collins, Cork, Woods etc spending many long successful years at The Medduh.
 
They are still very young and hopefully both will get their chances. I think Bradders will possibly go further as a 5'3" winger will rely on immense pace and skill to stay in a first team.

Just made mwe think about Town v Barnet - Ainsworth did struggle at times as their winger was even faster and often came back to help deal with ainsworth. Ainsworth only truly succeeded when he outwitted their winger and caused him to become out balanced.
 
I would be happy with a winger (Ainsworth) who made one and scored one as well as setting up numerous other chances yesterday. Their winger's moment of glory came when he switched wings and was able to benefit from a poor tackle by Jacobson.
 
how can we judge when gt does not play them. in my book bradshaw by 10 miles. but taylor will catch him up
 
I am sorry to say this but I think Bradshaw is overrated - Turner does not play him because we have three strikers ahead of him who will do better overall for the team. If you are Bradshaw's size and are going to play up front you need to be a real goalpoacher (like Carl Griffiths) and I do not see Bradshaw as being in the same class as Carl.

Carl Griffiths, Dave Edwards and Luke Rodgers to name but three were all in the first team scoring goals at 17 or 18. If they are good enough they are not too young! However, I would be highly delighted to see Bradshaw prove me wrong and come into the team and score a hatful of goals. Ours is a very physical league and it could be that does not particularly suit him - he does seem to do better in the more technical international football.
 
What competition was there at the time for places? I'm not doubting whether they should or should not be playing. I just see a pecking order at the moment and young players rise to it they will get games.
 
I've said that before AJ! Definitely think we have a good squad, and considering that we have less players than last season to work with it looks promising. Just wish we didn't have to suffer watching 11 grown men in Blue and Amber forgetting how to pass a ball to another in their own team on the odd occasion.
 
i think after saturdays game the lads need some foreign sunshine at st tropez, marsielles alicante or more likely fairbourne sands. the mawddach estuary will make an excellent training spot for the lads, including graham and of course rowland
 
A couple of days at Arthog up above Fairbourne doing team building excercises would do them some good. Maybe some gorge walking or rock climbing?

(to all those not of a shropshire education, this might not make sense!!)
 
and if the lads want a business skills diploma, they could run the fairbourne and barmouth steam railway for a day
