I would be OK with O/9 in there, he is willy, has pace and an eye for a pass, good in the air and on the ground. We might loose him though he has been playing well below his normally high standard recently although playing alongside Bailey Wright in recent form and Macfuz would test Virgil.

O'Nien would do for me. He is as good at anyone as the so called dark arts. He also looks like on of those really supportive players on the pitch that young lads will want to play with. Not sure many of our more senior players have that about them.

We have to be brave this summer. He may be best we have bit there are ire reliable out there. We need to make sure we have 15-18 players fit and at it from word go. Then make up numbers with u23s. Hopefully Hawkes gets told he'll be involved as media reporting prem clubs after him. We simply can't keep losing young players if we want new way of working to be successful.

I've not seen anything in his recent performances to write home about.. His performances alongside Sanderson were good... Would keep him as a backup

O9 would have to be a midfielder and not a defender. His energy and drive is what we need further up the pitch. He also wind up the op. That said if all ooc players left you couldn't really complain.

His midfield performances haven't been anything to write home about. He gives 100% but poor crosser and passing. He used to wade in with a few goals when not playing defence so those may return, but my main concern is his pathetic dives when he's lost control or overrunning the ball in midfield. Not good, backup at best.

Disagree with this I think he's a good midfielder for this level and maybe the next level. He doesn't give the ball away cheaply, always looks to do something positive with it and passes pretty well. I'll give you that his crossing isn't great but if he's in the middle he'll get on the end of a few. Then you've got his other attributes like his attitude and physicality.

Really don't remember many incidents of him losing the ball and diving to try and cheat. If it has happened it's certainly not a regular occurrence.

It happened in yesterday's game, when we tried to chase it, frew himself to the floor while running with the ball. I was embarrassed about his lack of skill.

Can't say I've ever been embarrassed about his lack of skill. He's a good lad and a more than decent footballer for a club in our position.

I'd offer him a long term deal and move him into CM.

Can’t wait for the meltdown when ten of the out of contract players are offered new contracts.
There’ll be some exploding heads over the road.

yeh i saw that, went on a run to try and get the lads up the pitch and he basically ended up ahead of them all, had no options to pass and just opposition around him, would have been better to 'about turn' and pass but decided to try and win a free kick, had it come off and we scored it would have been praised, as it is he just looked silly.

We've got one. He's been playing in the back four for most of the season.

Saturday hurt him &Grant more than anyone else at SAFC watching post match stuffing the pitch. Not for the first time, the lad was in tears. Hope that means that this place means something to him. Enough to want another go at it

He's played what twice in midfield since Ross moved him. If he played half a season he'd be successful. He's twice the player scowen is.

For me Aiden McGeady should be given another year contract as he has been our best player by miles since LJ brought him back into the squad. Our best player by a country mile!

We need to strengthen the defence. Without crazy defensive errors we would have achieved promotion

If by that you mean buy a couple of decent full backs I couldnt agree more.
Yes I know we had injury problems at CB but that was exceptional, we've had problems at full back for a while now.
Looking forward to some proper recruitment this close season
