Off Topic Tattoo

Always thought I'd end up with a few but never really bothered. Can't think of anything that means all that much to me to get a tattoo of it so would just be getting one for the sake of it, which I don't see as a particularly bad thing I just clearly don't want one that much.

They get like kind of a drug, and become addictive.

Funny thing is, ive got a good mate down in plymouth, and he does the reversal...

He's making a mint.

Yeah I’ve got couple of mates who are pretty obsessed with them. They will get basically anything though, see it as a laugh and nothing more than that. They’ll probably be getting some lasered off at some point.

My other half's brother has one on his upper arm that he's gone off a bit - bit of a celtic shape - so my middle girl is designing a cover up / blend in - she'll produce a pen drawiing and then he's going to take it to the tatt parlour - will incorporate images from the welsh town he was born in - 30ft high brick arches, a clock face (the clock factory used to be the main employer - now has a Tesco Extra on the site <doh> ) and specific welsh stuff ... she's a talented girl - he says it will mean far more to have a bespoke design by his niece <ok>

How old are you? I always thought the same as you and assumed I'd never have one. Then life hit, I moved from Newcastle to Durham to get away from the trouble I was getting involved in, it was hard but my dog got me through it. Then I split up with the ex and that brought loads of ****, which my dog helped me get through. Then my Mam died and it was Skye that was by my side all the way through that. Last February, when I was 34, I ended up getting a tattoo, of her. She's been a huge part of my life and I'll never forget her or regret it.

I don’t wear jewellery, but fancied a tattoo for a good 10 years now, and decided to pull the trigger and get it.
Iummed and ahhed about getting one in my 20's, but decided against it as they all end up looking **** unless they are constantly covered.
