True Eddie...at least he is with a proper trainer and astute connections. We won't see him running over an improper trip like Dawn Approach in the Derby last year...really shows what a toady Bolger was in the pocket of the ghastly drug overlord. Speaking of the July Cup,Ajdal won that after finishing unplaced in the Derby!..guess who arranged that schedule. Staggering how ignorant Sheikh Mo is and how little he cares for the horses in his "care".
Your hatred of the Sheikhs is almost as strong as my confidence in this horse! Have to agree re Dawn Approach last year, they really messed up his season by running in the Derby and that was 100% Mr Mohaamed in my opinion, Bolger knew that horse would not stay. Although the decision to run that quick in France after Goodwood I think put the nails in the coffin and whether that was Bolgers idea I dont know, if they had waited until Ascot he might still have done himself justice. I never thought Dawn Approach was a real champion like his sire and I rate Kingman higher, he was a top 2yo and top 3yo miler and while he will be remembered as such, the Derby and his last two runs take the gloss off what was a very good career.
