Got to hand it to Tash, 100 posts on a thread and he is banned

 

Too much Tash is bad for the health.

 

I think Tash deserves another chance, definitely the three strikes and your out approach and most certainly a probationary period. I've had very little to do with him, often I comment on an article he starts and then back off because it may go off track, or I may feel uncomfortable at the content. That said, you say many of the articles he started you have all loved, but really it is what you guys have contributed that make them funny, he has been the original poster. He is capable of good posts usually football related, then he goes and does something really daft and then we're back to square one again. I was surprised he posted on the general chat, they're bloody nutters on there and he got more than he bargained for. I think he cares about the forum because he is so active on it.

 

So it's agreed then.

If he errs again within a given time scale (to be defined), Leazes and AG ask for his ban, we unite as a rabble wearing matching cloaks (brown cloak, green hood and boots are now mandatory) and burn him on a fire that can also be used to make sweet popcorn (if you want salted you'll have to bring your own).

If he doesn't err again within a given time scale (to be defined), he gets a life back and we all have to fold away the cloaks and put the popcorn back in the larder until a later date when he errs again twice in close succession.

 

I think he cares about the forum because he is so active on it.

He reminds me of Ameobi..Has his good day's of articles (Like Ameobi with games) but these are very rare. Most of the time for attention he just tries and pulls **** out his arse to get everyone mad. And when he is punished in messages the mods begging for forgiveness and so far he is getting away with it. Last chance one more and he can **** off forever.

 

Sounds about right to me! Can we work in a "marshmellows can be substituted for sweet popcorn at the discretion of the individual ravaging horde member clause", for those of us that don't like popcorn?

Should be a way to limit the amount of threads he can make a day/week or something, or even limit how many posts he can make?
It's his fault he gets so much **** off people, all because of the **** he posts.
One last change is all he should have though before a perm ban, imo.

Don't really know much about him but from what I've seen he really seems to bring most of the crap he gets on himself and not just by talking daft every so often either; he has a tendency to dish out and be unable to take it back. Theres been a few times I've seen him do something like nitpick somebodys spelling and then 3 or 4 posts later when someone does it back to him he says "**** off its just a forum".
Agree obviously theres no need to make a load of insulting threads about the guy but just as long as nobody is gonna get branded as 'tashbashing' when all theyre doing is putting him in his place for being a moron.
