Not looking good, Schalke have confirmed their interest in Bayern Munich defender Holger Badstuber according to sources in Germany

What happened to the 30m that was going to be spent in January. I know it is early but all links are loans and us losing our best players. Once again it seems them upstairs talk a good game but that is about it.
That's the point they are not talking, no vision on how the club will go forward, considering the mess we're in. :(

I actually thought when Clement came in we would have seen a bit of action in the market pretty quickly, I know he had to assess the squad, But it doesn't take a genius to know why we are bottom of the league. He said that he had assurances of money and new players, yet nothing. you know it will be as usual last minute panic buys that no one else is interested in and will not strengthen the side at all. It is all to familiar.

Business as usual then, which is why I pay little attention to all the gossip and hearsay that tends to dominate transfer windows.

What happens, happens, and what doesn't, doesn't.

I have been told there isn't much money and they need to get rid to bring players in. I have also been told that Clement is looking at 2 fullbacks, Olsen from Norwich, who simply don rate an I am led to believe the other is Van Aanholt. If true that is going to sort our defensive problems out I don't think. A ****ing big tough tackling leader at Centre half has to be our priority.

We'll probably fork out a good £10m on a 19 year old <grr>

Fair play to Gylfi as I wouldn't blame him one iota for leaving in Jan.

We're a joke. Might as well cash in on Gylfi now because he'll be leaving at a cut price in the summer because we are going down.

I'm more worried about losing Llorente than Siggy ...although it would be nice to keep them both . we are not privy to whats in their contracts and we may have little say . Fer can slot into Siggy's spot , we basically have no one to fill in for Llorente

A new striker as emerged as a possible Llorente replacement. Seems like a perfect fit, go get him Huw!!
