The Echo have stated that the three Man u players are coming for talks after a £12m bid was accepted & according to them, Liverpool value N'Gog at £3m.

As well as these canny players it would be good to see us sign a couple of players that would make a real difference. Crouch is that kind of player or Robbie Keane in his day.

The Larsson's and Gardners are fine but they need to be supplemented with a couple of individuals who have some star quality. If this doesn't happen then we will struggle.

I would also like to add that all of the comments about NGog are unfair and i don't think he was given a full chance at Liverpool and i would definately rather take a chance on him the Boothroyd
