Villa are on the way down and Everton always start their seasons in shocking form, I think we could displace either of them. Liverpool are making their team worse spending 55mil on the likes of Carroll and Henderson, but they'll be out of our reach.

I want us to establish ourselves firmly amongst the 'chasing pack' over the next few seasons.

Man Utd, Chelsea, Man City, Arsenal and probably Liverpool I can't see us catching any time soon but if we can mix it with Tottenham, Everton and Aston Villa consistantly I think we'll be back to where we were before it went belly up and in a position to push on.

Top 10 next season and improved concentration at home (no more throwing away leads) and a bit more arrogance against the 'lesser' clubs so we actually capitalise on our quality rather than scoring 1 then slowing down.

Sunderland need reminding that we are the top dogs in the North East, must beat them at home next season and comfortably!

A strong first half of the season so we can convince the likes of Enrique to stay and possibly attract a better class of player in January so we can have a go at qualifying for the Europa.

Better discipline. It often seems like we're vicitimised by officials but we must be going wrong somewhere, 75 yellows is FAR too many!

A good run in the FA Cup. If we get a soft draw don't put out a weakened side, go full-on and try to grab double figures. We always play brilliantly against the top teams then fold when we're faced with an upset.

Use the league cup to blood some kids, devaluing the competition maybe but we have some quality fringe youngsters who are more than capable of giving a good showing.

For everyone to stay behind Pardew, even if we go on a losing streak. We have arguably the best 12th man in the league so we need to use that to keep morale high.
