..does no-one want to play for England these days??!! Interesting decision though, I guess it gives him more chance of international experience and even possible World Cup appearances. Opinions on this?? http://www.football365.com/news/chelseas-abraham-agrees-to-play-for-nigeria-and-not-england
If you wanna play , don't go to the bigger teams Owen Hargraves had a choice of playing for Wales , Germany , England and Canada . Now if he chose Canada or Wales , he would have got more than 40 appearances in 7 or 8 years , mostly sub appearances I believe , with England . And not just International either , 3 seasons with Man U and he got 24 minutes ( granted , I believe he was injured for a period of time ). Shrewd move by Abraham and good luck to him .
Dont agree with this multi choice option for who you can play for........You should only play for the country you were born in, There will be exceptions like born over seas if your mother or father was in the forces that is different.......But to choose where your grand parents were born then that makes a mockery of international representation....
Tammy the Super Eagle? or maybe not..... https://www.theguardian.com/football/2017/sep/21/tammy-abraham-chelsea-nigeria-england-switch
