There is a lot of bitching going on on the Talksport facebook page because Mike Parry (couldn't stand the fecker) has moved on and Gray and Keys have taken his slot, i have just read this and thought you would appreciate it.

So your now employing someone who is accused of calling a black player who is eligible to play for Scotland a 'Choc Jock'! And calling viewers 'Fools' and 'Sad bastards' Guess who??? Richard Keys!! Well done Talkshite!!!

That station has went so far down hill in recent years...
The 10am to 1pm slot has probably been the best over the years at was usually current affairs or more of the wall topics.
There's plenty of sport discussed on it without using that slot as well..I have no intention of tuning in there to listen to Keys and Gray...:emoticon-0119-puke:

Radio 5 here I come....
 
It might be worth tuning in on Monday at 10:00 because all the listeners who want Parry back are going to call in as if they are joining in with the debate then they are going to slag keys and Gray off on air, same with the texts.
 
I'm starting my own Radio station called "Not Talksport", who's in?

I've thought long and hard, but there isn't much in it for me :) Though the idea of a fans revolt is fun, I don't think it would last and the radio station would manage it too well for that.

I'm chuffed that they do.

I've just got rid of Sky after 9 years and having to put up with those two hamptons was one of the contributing factors. That and the £80 it saved me. :)

I appreciate that they have a job to do and they get paid to make the most boring game sound exciting, but the way they kept banging on about the best league in the world when you are watching Wigan v. Bolton really pissed me off.

We tried 5Live between 10:00 and 13:00 so we didn't have to listen to Parry but its dire.

We have now started to listen to Absolute 80's it keeps us old farts happy for the 3 hours.
