Just out of interest does anyone know what Danny has done to p1ss ML off so much, there's no way Itay or Moore are above him in terms of quality, so I can only think ML dislikes him for off-the-pitch reasons. I honestly think we could have won if Danny had started last night and although Itay sometimes looks like he has a bit of flair about him, I don't think he'll ever trouble Prem defences....hell I'd rather have seen Lita play ahead of him based on last nights performance...perhaps a little harsh, but I think he's had his chance now.
I was thinking about the offer for DG. Apparently around 4.5. Well jay Rodriguez a championship striker with no PL experience was bought by Southampton in the summer for about 8 million i believe. Where as DG is a proven PL striker who has and will score goals. We are apparently in a transfer window where the prices are inflated (so the experts say) and DG is only worth 4.5 million. Does any one else think we are under valueing him.
Well, not if he's really unhappy and causing issues behind the scenes...although I have no reason to think that's the case...it's just the whole situation seems weird
I've always said that we should not let him go for less than £6 million given what other players have fetched and I stand by that.
Danny Graham was in Nandos on Saturday with Routledge, Tate and Gower. They were all having a laugh so he didn't seem to have any issues to me. I dont know about cheap. I think its a generous offer for him. I would not mind him staying but if he wants to go then that's fine as i dont want to keep any player that is not happy whoever they are...
