Im getting worried now - with the same owners you certainly query the futures of ingram, stewert, scowen, kretchmer and even the likes of wood, paris and McClure. That's not to say that under different ownership they would definatly have stayed, but we would have had the money to bring in quality replacements.

It is very worrying, and unsettling for the players.

Certainly handled in an amateurish way, interviwed after the game the chairman said exciting times lay ahead for the club what a dickhead,he should have said nothing unless a deal was finalised. Another crap season awaits us Wycombe fans i'm afraid and after this news i wouldn't be surprised if we'll be the bookies favourite to get relegated! <grr>

If not we could make some easy money. Perhaps instead of investing loads of money in the club it should all be placed on us to get relegated and have a shedfull of money to pay off the debts and get back into the League.

WWFC tweeted this "GA will be holding contract talks with players this week; with jobs at stake, please avoid speculation until we confirm the outcomes"

I find that quite interesting - are they expecting members of the trust to break the news early or something? just looks unprofessional to put that up!
