Daily Telegraph are saying that takeover talks are 'moving on' and that absolute proof of sufficient funds has been provided to the EFL. It was also established that the potential owner has no direct links with the owners of Manchester City which was a stumbling block with the EFL; this has now been clarified.

We live in hope.......??

Too right.

If this take-over doesn't happen I'm going to flip out and charge the wire, just like Ives the Mole in The Great Escape... :emoticon-0121-angry

As long as it happens by the end of December then that’s fine.

I don’t think we can stay up with the current squad.

We need 5/6 proven signings in January, and they cost money.

January dealings will be a good indicator for the future......if we are sold.

January 11th is looking iffy for my first appearance at The Valley in 30 months.
