caulken still seems to indicate it's not off yet , but he's certainly backtracked from saying it'll go through for the 1st time. it would appear the last week has seen a big shift towards it failing and that along with the fun88 contract, BEIN being banned etc in my opinion point to it being failed. Also because we don't get told means we will have to figure it out at some point ourselves, so I'm taking that stance now.
