Thanks Chaos for keeping this thread going, between this and 'it's off' I think you've accounted for over half of the posts
" Tsk, tsk .......it's now the Sabbath and still no takeover. I doubt it'll happen this week either "
We have deals with companies linked to other clubs, none more so than a financial partner in Dubai owned by their state, who also own.... yep!
16 weeks and counting. I cannot believe how patient Ashley is being on all this. I also cannot believe how patient PIF are being aswell.
Bearing in mind they put this together a year ago I'm sure a few extra weeks isn't really testing their patience. Mike Ashley on the other hand is ****ting it
I have no doubts. The PL need reassurances and they'll take time to be shown. For example the piracy. Just because SA have started to put sanctions in the PL won't just accept it straight away they'll wait and see what happens first.
Which post season end means it should be approved because there will be no games to illegally stream?
Well they could be waiting for the final games to be played and will see what piracy issue arose. If none, then takeover. However, I also partially believe the story about the PL not wanting a conflict of interests. Apparently that company that sponsors man Man Utdare responsible for their logo and intellectual property in SA which would mean our owners could have an influence on man utd
Just stick them both in the calendar. Happy to take an avy bet that neither event with precede a takeover.
Really don't understand you posting on this thread considering your negativity You clearly don't think it will happen
I think your right about the conflict of interest with PIFs business and Manu mind. The assets owned by PIF are substantial and vast so there’s a high chance that this won’t just affect things currently but also in the future. I still think the case with Mandy and Barclays is also a factor however I appreciate others don’t think so.
Eh? Isn’t that the point of a forum?! I just find it hilarious there’s always another excuse. I mean Saudi Telecom sponsoring Man U is really scraping the barrel!!
