I don't understand all this terms stuff... it's a test so surely they either pass or don't pass.

 

There are layers to the test. Also because it's a consortium. More than likely the PL has demanded action against puracy and assurances.

 

Surely they should say .
look we've passed your test now STFU or we will see you in court

 

They have handled this badly and this is on Richard Masters head. Judging by the noises this morning, no-one has been told anything.

I wouldn't be surprised if they are delaying a decision until the season is over.

 

They as in the PL or PIF?

If it’s the PL I don’t understand why?

 

The PL. I have given up trying to understand their decision making. They haven't failed PIF but have not made a decision.

 

it's a quarter of a year for goodness sake.. it's just some people buying a football club not trying to govern the country

 

Try telling that to the PL. Politics has got involved.
