I just don't see why it benefits any party involved if they announce it's failed for reasons x y or z .. just say nothing. This we the case with ALL previous failed takeover attempts. This one was closer or is but I see the sane game plan should it fail being adopted ..

the arseholes that made the info they found on companies house are to blame... they not only tipped of all the people that wound do anything to stop such a deal going through , but also told them exactly where to go ie the premier league.. if those dickheads said nothing it would have we be through months ago .. just boom. done
It was always going to be picked up as it’s public knowledge. It’s a shame but it raised hopes. The one thing that is bugging me is the total silence.
