Could be government for all we know. Publicly saying they want it to happen, privately putting a spanner in the works? The implications this deal could have on not only football, but the wider world, would probably be too complicated for my brain to understand.
All I know is that there will be folk who will be ecstatic and folk who will be furious in equal measures if it is approved.

Interestingly enough it mentions £100,000 of it is for fortnightly therapy sessions until he's 79. It says he's 45, so that's 34 year of fortnightly therapy, which works out at 884 sessions for £113 a session. You'd want a blow job included for that price!
