Part of the issue that used to annoy some solicitors when I was doing it was that solicitors used to give financial advice supplementary to legal advice but were (rightly) barred from doing so. Financial advisors then stepped in to do some part of that role and whilst some where very qualified and excellent some were seemingly neither. My main gripe was having to do units on financial advice and management whilst being told we weren't allowed to use any of it - don't tell me I have to do it then! I liked company law a lot, tax law though... not the biggest fan. Equity and trusts were alright in part.
Company law can be a minefield. Tax law is beyond boring. Equity and Trusts has some good bits. Tracing.
Actually this isn’t a bad point. They have not ever in the history of the premier league dealt with an entity worth this much money with so much political baggage. When you actually think about it they should really be taking all the legal action and support they should. Government support to. We do as nufc fans look at it from a very biased view also. No different to bein. But the PL have never had to deal with something as big as PIF!
has this been changed/opened up recently or could it be that for a year or so it’s been possible to subscribe?
