Sounds like an emotional fan was shouting at him, so he stook up for himself and tried to talk to the guy. I'd do much worse if someone was shouting at me tbh .... OK he's a crap manager, but he's human being . If you start abusing someone expect it back. Fans think they've got a right to throw abuse
He’s frustrated at the manager doing a ****ing terrible job. He has the right to passionately discuss things with the manager when he isn’t happy. Bruce even agreed with him. And apparently it was Bruce’s son who stuck his fingers up at them so damn straight they should be annoyed.
Nobody has the right to shout at someone in public. The fan thinks he can stand there shouting at him and got upset when he didn't just take it.
