They would find away around it, like RB Salzburg and RB leipzig. They may own a stake in the club, invest in it and have advertising with it but they wouldn't have a controlling stake. Showed how utterly out their depth the PL actually were when it came to the laws of the land. To be honest it was very worrying that these knackers run the game with as little clue as they had. So another few posts worth perhaps - who do we think would be brought in by the PIF it they decide Amanda (bless her) and her other half aren't up to the job? Would they even bother - write it off as a bad job possibly? is there a dream team out there? Personally I hope and believe they will get there given time and resources - only issues will be the time issue. tye key will be getting that DofF in ASAP. They will set the future strategy on the pitch. That will free up Amanda to look at things off the pitch like infrastructure, the ground, commercial deals etc…
Would they be that willing to allow her even that much influence? We’ve had the faff over a new manager, no DoF, using Readings (ffs) ex dof as our recruitment advisor, only one transfer target we know of so far, no club ambassadors to promote club to potential recruits. I’m playing devils advocate here as I’m massively happy to have folk seemingly so genuine running things - my 50 odd years of following Nufc leaving many psychological scars - but this is serious s***e and PIF will expect results. Are we all happy even relegation won’t result in changes?
