Trying not to sound condescending but I’m guessing you’re in your 20’s. I have been supporting NUFC for more years than I care to remember and for just about the entire time it has been spent hoping. Hoping and then being let down. Then hoping again. It’s probably true for most football fans and not just the Toon Army. If, and I don’t expect this will happen, it does fall through then we all just go back to being depressed before then finding something to pin our hopes on again in the future...before being let down again. That’s life never mind football.
Aye mate, 26 next month. Feels like I’ve been supporting Newcastle a lot longer to be fair, had season tickets from when I was 4 till I was 21, my dad (who’s 58) who’s constantly spoke about his days going in the 70’s. At one point Football and NUFC was like my life before I moved down south, it’s just a ****ter that i used to get so much enjoyment compared to the ****e we all have now. Not one person on here can’t blame anyone for being so pessimistic about it though.
blame ? you deserve an award for seeing reality mate ... this is happening, but don't allow anyone to treat your common sense like it's negative
You can put those drinks down, matey. You need to be ready, able and willing with your “exercising” next week.
we could do without these reports because it will whip up the ****s from their lairs again in one last futile attempt to get it stopped
