Just thinking on this got me really ****ing angry, actually. The PL in that little courtroom snippet presented ****ing nothing of any substance they couldn’t have said in public. They have obfuscated this deal, ****ting on the fans in their corrupt little world, to protect the interests of six teams, who all want to ****ing leave anyway. I wish none of this - Sky, PL, Champions League - had never happened. Should be burned to the ****ing ground.

Well he is in a no lose situation: I know I’ve said it was about compo in the past. And the CAT case is. But it’s more for leverage. However if PIF are genuinely still at the table (which I think they are or they would have bought another club) then he wins. If PiF have walked them he wins Compo. The PL get exposed for what they are and everyone’s a winner. Bar the NUFC fans but we get to eat pie.

I believe that the Jurisdiction judgement might be quicker than initially we thought. Given the public interest. I would be surprised if we don’t know the answer within the next day or so.
If they usually take a week to 10 days and make a decision too soon that could be grounds for an appeal on the basis they never took long enough to consider the quite obvious fact that Mike Ashley owns NUFC
That in itself needs days to consider. He 100% owns everything. You me the dog the wife he owns the ****ing lot. He even owns NUFC did you know that. Who would have known eh. All this time, 14 years and we had no idea he owned the club. How did we miss that!
I know, the fact it took a QC 2.5 hours to tell us all this was just ground breaking, headline grabbing news. I didn't need to hear that the PL have threatened to expel the club, that the PL had been discriminatory in its decision making process, that BEin had lobbied the league or that the big 5 and spurs didn't like the prospect of a bit more sporting competition in a sporting competition. That paled into insignificance. I'm thinking that QC wishes he'd gone 2nd.
