Your probably right. I’m actually surprised given the news at Everton the “a 31 year old player” that they are not sniffing. Villa might just try and sign him if they lose Grealish.
Man City v PL Appeal heard in the Court of Appeal. Man City questioned the impartiality of the PL's arbitration panel. Took two years for the PL to conclude their investigations and hold arbitration. That is why Ashley is relying on CAT.

Yup. Evidence of the PL's delay tactics.
So we should close the thread down. If it’s going to take another 19 months.

Everton's midfield is really poor and slow, he'd improve them massively. And he'd be an ideal Lingard replacement for West Ham if they're not getting him back. Genuinely can't understand why other clubs aren't interested unless it's being kept quiet. Returning to this mess with Bruce can't be appealing to anyone.

Forget arbitration.
Well sure but we’ve come full circle to the fact The Athletic have poured an awful lot of water on the speed of the CAT case. Hell, it’ll probably never even go ahead. What’s the upshot of this Man City thing? Absolutely **** all as usual.

Man City went through the arbitration process and appealed the findings. Ashley is bypassing that. CAT will be heard before arbitration.
