Yes, but you've decided that it has failed because of the silence when there is zero evidence of that. Nobody knows the exact date in July when the hearing will take place, but we DO know that it is happening this month. The CAT judge literally confirmed it himself.

They won’t fold: ARB will happen. The result will be behind closed doors. We may get the takeover but we will never see what the outcome was. I honestly would love to see the lies of RM and his sidekick exposed in a court of law/CAT but I can’t see that ever happening.
No my tone is towards the PL. not the ARB outcome. They are trying every filthy hand way of delaying, scheming tactic to make it as long as possible to the detriment of the planning of the club. They know what they are doing if they know they will lose. The delay tactic is to do as much damage as possible prior to the impending result. And I still maintain that CAT cannot realistically start until ARB has been resolved.
Of course they are. But we have known that for a long time. At the very least, they just wanted to be ****houses throughout the whole process and drag us through the ringer. Which is why we are still here, 12 months on, with no takeover. If we win arbitration though I am almost certain that the CAT will not happen. I still think a provisional deal is in place by both parties.
