I can understand what you're saying, but surely trying to get things "thrown out" is de facto process for a defendant, so none of it will come as a surprise. I think it's more about what we're dealing with. I just feel as though Mike could win it, PL could be told "KSA / PIF are separate, do the test" and the PL simply fail the test or some such. I don't see a happy ending. It's Ashley - why would my mind go that way?!
No you're correct Castore said they're backed by one of Englands wealthiest families who like to remain anonymous The reubans are renound for being secretive and are of course after 10% It could be them
Chaos made it up. It's actually the Issa brothers. https://www.theindustry.fashion/bil...s are believed, and create 300 additional jobs.
That's not accurate I simply read it on here and it's still possible as they have more than one investor. Nobody ever claimed it was definitely them.
It doesn’t read to me like support for the Premier League. They are also asking for transparency supporting the clubs claim.
In relation to NUFC, a lot of me is already dead. Hope - dead. Ambition - dead. Pride - dead. PL isn't holding the smoking gun, though. That's in the chubby fingers of Mike Ashley.
We can't. But there may come a time when Ashley cuts his losses and at that point we'll get our wish. Won't be through this court bullshit though.
Mate Ashley has wanted to sell the club for 14 years and this is it. Nick demarco believes he can win. We have to take great confidence in that and ignore the possibility it will fail. We're one obstacle away from paradise
