The problem is that they're going to get zero support from anywhere because nobody outside Newcastle wants the takeover to happen.

In fact they're desperate for it not to happen and don't care what went on or how it's stopped as long as it's stopped.

No come on guys. The PL are not doing that. Please please take your biased head off.

The PL would fold if they think they would lose.

Desperately trying to get some leverage. But it won’t happen.

The PL won’t budge unless there is something horrible in the CAT.

They have already said they do not intervene with non government regulated situations.

This is the last attempt to get the premier league to fold before arbitration.

It's a well constructed attack that will end the enemies resistance

Exactly and the PL have probably already consulted the big six and they probably have said they will support the PL with their decision.

It’s futile. The PL have won because this public attack is a last ditch attempt to gain traction from anyone who gives a ****.

Not one PL club will come out and say they want a PIF takeover.

They clearly are. It's the MO of their solicitors.

Something is seriously off about this. I can only assume that NUFC has some damning evidence.

I’ve played my cards based on the current circumstances and evidence and I think that the PL will win. And that although corrupt they have enough clout to shut the whole thing down.

There is even an argument to say that we as a member club of the PL are bringing the whole club structure into disrepute by taking the very hand that feeds us to court.

And if so the PL would be shaking in their boots right?

    Interesting from the statement

That says to me that they have failed to get CAT thrown out and so are trying to keep it private. That is the conduct of someone who has done something significantly wrong.

Not trying to get case thrown out but held in private.

When the PL see MA and the clubs statement they will already believe they have won. The release is a desperate measure. A last ditch attempt.

The fact is they are saying on the 1st of July, ironically the date when MA (bullied) wanted a decision that the PL are basically dragging their feet adds to my point that MA has tried bully tactics and it’s failed.

The PL are just basically gonna play that old “we offered arb back in the day” you didn’t take it...... WHY!!!!!!!!!

And this may also be a smokescreen. Your right. If the PL had nothing to hide then yes they wouldn’t ask. But the very definition of the process means that other none related issues would be exposed potentially which are maybe untreated to the case in hand.

It may even be the case that the nature of the evidence will bring completely none related activities into the public domain.

It stands to reason that the PL want it behind closed doors because of the sheer sensitive nature. Not because they are crooks.

Or because of what will come out. They clearly are crooks. I think we can probably agree on that.

It's a well planned and unexpected full frontal attack.

    We're flanking them.

    Victory is upon us
