I've blocked Ben Jacobs on Twitter. Can't be listening to his anti Saudi spiel any longer. The takeover is happening despite what Mr Jacobs hopes and thinks.
So convinced its not happening. I would bet a testical it's not happening, but that would be a big loss in the highly unlikely event it does happen. Thus I am only willing to bet my little toe.

I don't see what Ben Jacobs had done wrong personally. He's just highlighting the fact there's two sides to this.
He's blocked Patterson because he's been foolishly accusing him of taking money to tell lies and discredit his ****ty claims.
Far from it. He spouts legal stuff that is nonsense. The worst thing is, those with no clue about law swallow it.
No, I think he's leaning towards the Luke Edwards stance on it - he's seemingly getting a bit of a kick from riling fans, by exaggerating negatives he doesn't actually know much about. He realised his audience is mostly uneducated, so the rants he gets back aren't balanced. He also ignores the balanced arguments he does receive! So, no, he's not just saying things we don't want to hear. He's playing the Twitter villain role. As you have said, there's two sides and we're seeing a lot more of one side than the other - but the other must have something, else they would have caved a while ago. We only have one week to wait before we get some idea of what cards the other side are holding. Let's just plan for some Euro fun, be England fans and ****ing bin this **** off until July.
He doesn't reply to those who challenge his legal opinions by quoting examples. That dozy Keith is just a blustering idiot who has limited knowledge. Good to see more people calling him out.
