I honestly can’t see them appealing it. They won’t be able to. If the ARB falls in our favour then there is literally no grounds.

Likewise if it falls in their favour we won’t get the takeover. But then the CAT case drops.

There no scenario where the PL win both. I honestly think that.

No they can’t just appeal it if they want to. They can only do so on limited points of law.

There is plenty of independent legal opinion saying PIF are legally considered separate to the KSA.
