I never took him seriously tbh. He's obviously got some money, but I don't think he's capable of seeing the other sides arguments. I think when Jacobs spoke he just sat there with his fingers in his ears and waited to throw more aggression his way.

This case has two sides to it otherwise it'd have been done already.

Another under performing manager in the PL.

 

He tries to talk down to or cut off people who know what they are talking about.

I replied to one of his tweets quoting Rule A in the PL handbook. After that he has replied to any of my tweets where I bring up legal stuff.

 

He’s irrelevant now isn’t he. MA has took the case forward with proper legal counsel.

Hopefully none of it matters anyways. If we win ARB the CAT case disappears right?
