Is this thread not MARK II of a takeover thread which started in March 2020 and nothing has changed except Bruce has well and truly got his feet under the table.

I still maintain that if the Arb claim falls in favour of the PL the CAT claim falls by the dominos effect.

It just seems to me delay tactics again.
