Post decision, either party can publish details of the decision and certain non-sensitive facts pertaining to it. The anti competition case has to be responded to within 28 days of submission, so the PL have til Friday to do so. We will be able to publicly view that response probably around 7-10 days later.
Correct. Ashley has now set the wheels in motion to bypass that. The competition law case can explore and publicise everything the PL wanted to keep hidden. Lost the High Court case but has invited a can of worms.

My memory says that the Judgement did not make any decision about the final judgment but expressed a view that they believed it should be made public. Could be wrong but that’s my recollection without digging back. A little digging did reveal this. Because the legal system is **** and cases take ages to be heard. That doesn't change in instances where a case is clearcut.
