Is it though. The question wouldn’t have been raised if BEIN hadn’t got involved.

The question then refers backwards to “how” they got involved and “why”.

The question of separation becomes irrelevant one step back if the question is never asked in the first place.

It WAS going to be approved. BEIN intervened. The question of legal separation then becomes the second issue. Do you see where I am going here?

The second filing is a back to arbitration. The arbitration is the PL's own internal process. They still control it. If they try and control evidence and the outcome, the ub can pursue the matter externally through the courts. Everything will then come out.

If arbitration passes the takeover the court action will be withdrawn.

 

That is what is going to come. NUFC will ask for full disclosure. There is the damning letter from BEin. That one is a nail on the PL's coffin. It is evidence of outside influence contrary to the principles of their rules.

Interestingly, it is rumoured that the PL are trying to delay/ prevent full disclosure. Especially their correspondence with the big six and BEin.

 

The merry go round will begin. The 2nd filing just being an idle threat.

Given the nature and impact of the ruling. You would have thought that given the magnitude they would stipulate dates (externally) because there are so many stakeholders.

The monumental financial implications that can be easily calculated and included in loss of earnings claims and potential.....:

One simple example, season ticket renewals. If the takeover goes ahead they will go through the roof. If not they won’t. Loss of earnings.

Commercial deals being delayed and withdrawn. Loss of earnings.

Player purchases.

Player sales.

The longer it goes on the higher the potential loss of revenue could be!

 

Beins involvement and accusations are loose anyways.

The separation issue has been proved in Saudi courts.

There is no actual legal connection to the piracy and KSA. Just allegations.

KSA and MBS are two separate things.

It’s like a game of tedious links.

 

Our own Government recognises separation. That is persuasive precedent.

 

Thst is why they are trying to rush it through.

 

I just wish it would happen so we can all move on.

 

There will be an outcome by the end of summer. The longer it goes on the stronger Ashley's case for financial loss gets.
