Get another dog We got 2 border collies. 1 of the neighbours cats is a troll he's like @captain wrong , shuffles across the fence taunting the dog knowing he cant get to him. The dog is soft as ****e though, when I lived in the states we lived next door to a copper who had a cat (aswell as 3 pitbulls and I think 2 chihuahuas), the dog cornered the cat, but when the cat just eyeballed him rather than **** itself, he ran away
Just scratchy little twats. **** pets too because they hate people Border Collies are quality. Soft as **** though
Nah I've got a cat I've had loafs and can be very affectionate, but they don't trust any ****er like.. They're a bit brighter than dogs. I've got a cat and a dog like... There's a cat down the street that's a proper cat though (ferrel) .. Hard as ****.. Keeps putting my cat in hospital
Vicious little twats, but I can see the appeal they look after themselves really. Dogs are better pets I think if you have the time for them. I got 2 collies, smartest breed apparently, 1 is smart as a dart the other is thick as ****
Cats are like anything really if you look after them they're affectionate, but they love nothing more than to have a good scrap.
So apparently average arbitration is anything between 12-18 months from the start to the end. The panel for the arbitration has been selected and the club opposed and lost in mid March. This is step 3 of the process. Steps 4-6 are pre trial trial and verdict. BUT this happens.... The process and timetable must be decided – these will be worked out between the parties and the tribunal. Both should be designed to fit the requirements of the particular dispute. Surely the requirements would be for the arbitration to be completed in advance of the new season starting???? And when I say new season, I don’t mean next season as that would be to soon? Anyone?
Also reading this.... The Club also wanted the Judgment to be published, even though it was dissatisfied with the outcome. Meanwhile, the EPL attempted to prevent it from being published at all. The EPL said that if it was published it should be heavily redacted and anonymised so that readers would not be able to identify the dispute. Unfortunately, this is consistent with the EPL’s lack of transparency over the takeover. The Club won on this point. The Judge rejected the EPL’s arguments and said there was a “public interest” in publication of the Judgment. The Club welcomes the fact that at least its supporters, and the wider public interested in the takeover and the dispute, will now be able to have some information about the process. So we know the judgement will be public. We know that the timeline has to fit in line with the purpose which is to facilitate the takeover. So there’s no doubt whatsoever that the arbitration is ongoing. BUT, it’s interesting that the comment of “wider public interested in the takeover and the dispute” was many months before the EPL move. The corruption is going to come out.
the only way to protect themselves is for the PL to settle outside of the legal framework.. ie pass it ASAP and then redo the O&D test for future applicants. The alternative is that the house of cards comes tumbling down. Human nature is to protect yourself. let’s see what Masters chooses here…
That timescale is dependent on the number of issues and complexity. There is one contention- legal separation. If that is proven then it hoes to the PL to assess the named directors only. They assess in line with Rule F and only Rule F.
I just know there been some people, myself included, who do question the motives of the 2nd legal filing. So as I had some time this morning I decided to convince myself that the arbitration is the main claim. And that it is to be held and will be heard and published. The new TV broadcasting rights deal being agreed may also have some weight to the argument. The worrying thing is. The PL cannot just back down though. There has to be some form Of middle ground. Backing down opens others cans of worms for them with both future claims and takeovers and also there is the BEIN involvement.
not if they then redraw the rules after like they did with Man City. There’s the exit route for them. Blame the rules then tighten them.
