Have they officially said that? Honestky don’t understand why they would need to make an official announcement on such nonsense?
Thinking about it more this just doesn’t add up. Pcp have no reason whatsever to comment. They have a deal already. There is no reason to break from arbitration silence. Which to be honest at the moment is golden. The NDM and others recent twitter subtle statements make me more confident than ever that a deal is in place. Premier league survival triggers it.
Liam kennedy has confirmed it. Its like these idiots don't realise pif have THEIR reasons for wanting the club.. The fans owning a stake isn't in THEIR plans. They should have kept their fat hairy faces out of it until the outcome is known.
He bought my shares even though I said no... Basically once he had a certain % he was able to just legally aquire the remaining ones... I think most people sold them because he was offering more than the current share price, but I liked the idea of being one of the only people left, so I said NO
this is nothing more than a publicity stunt to keep things in the public eye. Like I said I applaud them for doing something as most (like me) puss and moan and do **** all from a sedentary position. It’s nowt more than a cheap gimmick tho.
heres an idea.... PIF sell a percent or two tot rhe fans to help sweeten the deal? PIf could easily be pulling the strings here. PL don’t want to be seen to be going against fans..
True but they were right about Jones. Tbh it's nothing we don't already know... Obviously the clubs confident they've backed it at 1000 pounds per hr since August last year.
PCP is effectively the broker, so I doubt as before we'd hear anything from pif. The idea of this is to take money from people under the assumption that the future buyer would think its a good idea, but what these mongos don't seem to understand is a buyer isn't interested in having the voice of a fan every week in the boardroom. They want to buy nufc for their own reasons just let them weigh things up without seeing the fanbase as a potential irritant making sad little offers to you and putting you in a difficult situation early on when you have to say no. The timing is brainless.. I mean ffs its a well known fact the clubs currently one decision away from a complete change of ownership anyway. It's not a good idea... The money people are paying is going to charity, which I suppose is a good thing, but seriously these guys are just fans that are trying to look important. It's sad as ****... Its like those weirdos that organised school discos for school teachers just so they could feel a bit of superiority over the other nerds..
Timing is all wrong. Ashley won't be interested and TBF why should he be. Ashley: "Excuse me Mandy I've just sold 1% of the Club to NUST." Newbies won't be interested as would want to assess everything before making any significant changes. Means money is being raised with no realistic prospect of achieving aim. Why not just wait a little longer and see what happens with the Arbitration and then act on the facts as they then exist. Can see a big chunk of money going to charity. Not a bad thing in itself but not what those donating want to happen.
